FRAUD. They charge you a core deposit and don’t provide a return shipping label for the core deposit return, KNOWING that the cost of the return shipping is more than the core deposit. They just keep collecting the core deposits knowing that no one is sending them back because of shipping costs. They are the ones making the money of these cores. They should be covering the cost of the return of the core deposits.

I purchased the Evolution Geomet coated rotors for my 2015 F150 and in under 12 months the hub portion of the rotor was completely rusted. When I contacted the dealer I purchased the rotors from they said they could not replace the item and we're unwilling to help in any way. I then attempted to reach out directly to Power Stop and was told there was nothing they could do. Next time I won't spend the extra money knowing their product will rust as fast as it did.

I have had PowerStop brakes/rotors before and loved them. Recently installed Z26 Extreme rear pads & rotors on our 2017 Infiniti QX60. Three weeks (and 200 miles) later I had the vehicle in for other services at the Infiniti dealer. They noted that one pad was failing and was already down to 3mm. I contacted PowerStop and they apologized and sent me free replacements. Hopefully, the disintegrating pad was an anomaly and part of a limited bad batch.

Parts I ordered thru Autozone and told 2-3 day delivery I have not received in a week and still have no Idea when I will get. They make excuses and lack of transparency.

I had a small dog run in front of my Audi q7 while I was driving about 30mph, the car stopped on a dime, the small dog was not injured! The drilled and slotted rotors stop great, look great, and the wheels are easier to clean. I have powerstop breaks on my bmw 650 as well!

powerStop has a very good product, I cannot take that away from them. They need to look hard into who/how items are packaged to ship. I have now ordered 2 of the f+r Z36 kits and both times they were shipped with 2 passenger side front rotors. I feel that paying $650 plus dollars that uour order should not be messed up. Customer service is mediocre at best.

PS are ok for stock set ups. But maybe you need to offer a larger diameter rotor kit for those who have up graded to larger diameter wheels and tires
