I ordered front and rear rotors and pads for a 2015 Traverse from Jegs and had no issues. Ordered them on Friday and they were delivered the following Tuesday. Got them installed and there was no issue with how they fit.
Waiting over 2 months for calipers core deposit refund! My next step will be BBB then FTC and then small claims court...Will never buy anything from them again!
Worst company ever! I'm 4 months in trying to get my calipers. They don't sell directly to us customers, so they don't have to explain their terrible, customer service to us. Will never recommend power stop rotors to ANYONE!!!! They don’t stand by their product. And it’s funny they’re really quick to charge you $360 for the brake kit but as soon as you call them they’re trash!!!! Will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. PowerStop AutoAnything and AutoAnything is trash too! Can’t get anyone on the phone and their live chat is a joke. STAY AWAY! I bought the power stop z23 evolution brake kit in October and they are already warped!! Smh. Will never recommend!!!
ordered some breaks through Amazon they sent out the wrong rotors a technician Chris Melendez net amazing job of talking me through what was necessary and even helped me get the right parts to get my vehicle back on the road. Man it's refreshing to have customer service like Chris Melendez provided.
Z36 brake kit is supposedly for extreme conditions. After a year and half of use in normal conditions, both rotors are warped. Poor quality product. Denied warranty claim even though I followed their recommended break in procedures.
