The pads were defective. Both clips that clip into the piston simply fell off. When I called customer service, Pedro's mailbox was full. When I called back, another person said "Pedro doesn't like messages". Terrible product and service.
I ordered brakes for my 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD. And I received the wrong calipers in the correct box. It took almost a week to finally hear back from Powerstop about exchanging them. At that point I went and just bought Autozone calipers. The customer Service Rep. wanted to sit and argue with me telling me that they were the right ones and I didn't know what I was doing. Then proceeded to tell me, "Fine, Return them. Bye." Then hung up on me. Horrible customer service... Very disappointed.

Just installed pad & rotor kit. Install went well. Quality is good, but did have to file down one pair of ears due to tight fit. Tech support is very responsive. Only complaint is not enough grease included in kit.

Parts are great quality, look great and fit perfectly for the front caliper/rotor/pad kit for my 97 Accord SE. I love the feel!
They are just what I needed work great good job don't nothing fell but a try, try it and u will like it.
I have Powerstop Brake Kits installed on my 2008 350z and they are way better compared to OEM brakes in performance and looks.
Ordered a front and rear brake kit through a third party for my Ram pickup. Was sent one incorrect rear rotor so I couldn't finish installation (Powerstop packaged it incorrectly). Contacted the third party who has now been trying to get the return approved by Powerstop for a week but without a response. So my truck continues to sit on jackstands for a week with no end in sight. Terrible customer service to not make good on their own error.
