RecommendedI'm Super happy to have found Powerstop Brakes. As an avid DIY'er, I like quality things that last. I pulled this first set at 55k miles and was surprised at how evenly they wore. On with the new set, purchased from Summit Racing and we'll see them in 55k miles. I'm a spirited driver in a two-ton 4x4 SUV in the Appalachain mountains. THESE brakes are stellar! I recently ordered powerstop brakes and rotors from rock auto and about 4 months after the piston on my caliper got stuck and the brake wore down to the metal shredding the rotor. I called customer service and they sent me a new set that day. Overall it was a good experience.
I tried to ask you support for support... I needed help in finding a reseller that had the specific brakes I was looking for in stock, or answer questions on manufacturing (whether or not the model I wanted was discontinued) what I received was a lazy response which was no help at all... good job pushing away a potential customer!

You guys need to fire your shipping department. JCWhitney 7/7 Order 5958-26 order arrives a few days later (Dropped Shipped from Powerstop) Missing drivers side front Rotor come to find out the rotor has been back-ordered for months. JCWhitney decided to reship the order on 7/23 again drop shipped from Powerstop missing the drivers side front rotor. 8/22 Return both sets to Powerstop and Re-order from Summit Racing who has them in stock in their warehouse. 8/25 Summit Racing order arrives missing drivers side FRONT ROTOR!!!!... read more

Installed in my 09 Tahoe and can def feel the braking power!
Ordered a set of brakes, rotors, and calipers for my excursion. They sent me two passenger side calipers. I called customer service and told them I needed a driver side caliper. They weren’t respectful and acted like they just rolled out of bed when they answered the phone. I told them the urgency of the consider my package was already 9 days late on shipment. just cant say enough good things about power stop. used their rotors and pads on a 88 dodge pick up project to a 2011 nissan I just did brakes on today.
I sent away for a set of free Z23 brake pads, and was told it would take 10-14 days...well 30 days later rolled around, and I figured it wasn't gonna happen or whatever, so I forgot about it. Shortly after, I recieved a very awesome surprise from PowerStop. Not only did they send me the free front brake pads, but they upgraded the them to Z26 pads, and included a matching set of Z26 pads for the rear, AND also sent all four drilled & slotted rotors too!
