My replacement brakes from powerstop lasted a year my caliper froze up and destroyed my rotors worst customer care they very dishonest company
I installed a set of Powerstop slotted and drilled rotors on my 1990 Corvette along with the carbon ceramic brake pads, they have been on the car less than a year and initially they took some getting used to. Stopping while the brakes were cold was nerve wracking at best, once they warmed up, the braking was fantastic. Not able to reach any customer service by phone. Parts ordered are not the correct fit. Not able to get an explanation and the partner retailer refuses full refund. Not purchasing from PowerJunk again.

Installed my PowerStop brakes on my Ram 2500 a few weeks ago and they are amazing. everything was labeled to make it easy for installation. the grease for the slide pins are the best I've ever used. hardly any brake dust and amazing stopping power. love them. recommend them to anyone.
High quality brakes that rivals OE parts. Highly recommended, personally I'd only use Powerstop.
I ordered the Z23 brake/rotor kit off Amazon for my husbands 01 Regal GS. I received the wrong front rotors in the kit and Amazon wanted me to ship it back wait for a refund and then reorder. That would take weeks. Instead I contacted Power Stop and it only took them a few days to ship me the right ones and I just have to send the wrong ones back. I was very satisfied with their quick response. My hubby is doing the install tonight so hopefully we will be just as satified with their performance.
Terrible. Our mechanic replaced the front disc brakes with Power Stop Brake Kit pwr-k1524-36. Ever since it has vibrated upon braking at high speed and when it rains it not only vibrates the brake pedal but the steering wheel. Had three shops inspect for warped rotor - no warpage. One brake shop foreman said that is characteristic of slotted rotors. Contacted PowerStop and received an idiotic response knowing they did NOT read my email. Horrible customer service - will recommend to our mechanic NOT to use them in the future ... read more
