RecommendedCompassionate and caring for your family member
I called them a few weeks ago in a panic, trying to find a vet. my 13 year old dog had a suspected broken leg and no one had openings. They fit me in and the vet was so patient with me as I was frantic, and on the phone while my husband was in the office. we have been back several times for cast changes and they treat our baby so well. We will continue to use them for our other pets as well.
I have been using Power Ranch Animal Hospital ever since it first opened. They have always taken very good care of my babies.
They had been my veterinarian clinic for several years. I am a dog breeder so I visited them several times a year, had all my puppies vet check and vaccinated here .. I loved them, the staff was wonderful and friendly. The last few times I visited them I had horrible experiences.. waited an hour with no explanation.. rude staff, overcharging with no apology. Very little waiting; staff clearly loves animals. Glad to have found them!
It's where I take all my pets. Staff are very professional and caring. However, front desk staff are not that caring. They didn't even send me a sympathy card when I had to put my lab down due to a stroke. They didn't even acknowledge my sadness. The doctors and technicians are wonderful though.
Vets are awesome but the front desk staff are terrible. When our dog died, they told us we'd receive his ashes and then they sent him off as do not return. We never received an apology or follow up call. Would not recommend them ever again.
I am disappointed! I was referred to DR. Waldo. Very impressed on my first visit many years ago, but fast forward to last Thursday. Took my dog in because he stopped eating but was drinking water. They took blood and said it appears to be late stage Kidney failure. They gave him some fluids and said try and keep him comfortable.
