Communication with Marcus in their office was very good and scheduling was easy. Fushair was my tech. He did a great job explaining all the steps in the cleaning process and I am very satisfied with the overall look of my carpets, especially the stain removal. I would definitely hire Power Pup again to clean my carpets.

We had Faraz, clean our upholstery several weeks back. He did such an amazing job, and was so thorough that we asked him to come back and clean our carpets. He has been back twice to make sure the carpets were clean and deodorized. We will definitely use Power Pup Cleaning again.

Marcus cleaned our carpet yesterday and did an amazing job. Our carpet is nearly white and 29 years old!!! You would never know it was that ancient! He made it look great!
