Fushair was very helpful and you could tell he knew his business. I moved into an apartment with very dirty carpets and know they look very good. Totally recommended!

Communication with Marcus in their office was very good and scheduling was easy. Fushair was my tech. He did a great job explaining all the steps in the cleaning process and I am very satisfied with the overall look of my carpets, especially the stain removal. I would definitely hire Power Pup again to clean my carpets.
