Marcus was great got the job done quickly, very friendly.
Feras was super knowledgeable about the products, the necessary steps of cleaning and getting me the most for my specific needs. He worked quickly and efficiently and was a joy to have in my home. I will be recommending him to my friends and family after he showed me all the "organic material" that was sucked up from deep down in my carpets where my vacuum couldn't reach. I can't say enough great things about this company, from the booking of the job to the service, I was so impressed by their professionalism. They accommodated my work schedule and were able to fit me in at the last minute, and the tech was very upfront and honest, and not pushy like I have experienced with other companies. The results are what impressed me most, as my carpet has not looked this good in years! I have now found my go-to carpet cleaner!
These guys are top-notch professionals. They gave us a fair quote and stuck to it. I was very impressed that they assessed our house for the need for pet deodorizer and then said it was not needed. Instead of trying to up-sell us and get more money, they were honest and I really respect those types of business practices.
