I can't say enough great things about this company, from the booking of the job to the service, I was so impressed by their professionalism. They accommodated my work schedule and were able to fit me in at the last minute, and the tech was very upfront and honest, and not pushy like I have experienced with other companies. The results are what impressed me most, as my carpet has not looked this good in years! I have now found my go-to carpet cleaner!
These guys are top-notch professionals. They gave us a fair quote and stuck to it. I was very impressed that they assessed our house for the need for pet deodorizer and then said it was not needed. Instead of trying to up-sell us and get more money, they were honest and I really respect those types of business practices. Power Pup does a thorough job of cleaning and communication is outstanoutstanding! They call when they are route. We had many spots from pet, they cleaned, and used deodorizer. Carpets look great and smell good. Carpets dried within 3 hours. We are very satisfied, I recommend and will definitely use again
