HUGE WASTE OF TIME! Contact them to get a tour of a unit I was interested in. I called made an appointment they booked the wrong unit to be viewed I called back to get corrected, the rep texted to see if any questions I have two very simple questions if the building was rent controlled and when the unit was last updated. The rep kept saying the building wasn't rent controlled I had to look up on zillow to see when the building was built because I ask they didn't have an answer for me. David was on top of everything, in contact with me the entire time and made sure I had all contact information I needed to be in touch with the service workers
Very unprofessional. I scheduled a showing and confirmed with the leasing agent….no one showed at the set time and all of my calls were sent to voicemail. Terrible company
