If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I moved into my apartment in and immediately experiences serious issues due to the management's negligence. At move in, I found out was not given the actual key to my apartment. Because of this I had to hire a locksmith and pay out of pocket to change the lock just to access my unit. When I reported the problem management tried to tie me to a report of a tenant who had supposedly locked their keys inside and ended up calling their own locksmith. When I reached out, the property manager, Jamie, told me that with my credit score of 675, my family would “probably end up in dangerous parts of South Los Angeles.” That comment was not only offensive, it was discriminatory and incredibly hurtful.
