I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share how impressed I've been with our building manager, Javi . He has been extremely attentive, professional, and accommodating, especially with the most recent maintenance in my unit. He stayed on top of everything and made sure the work was handled promptly. "I am sharing this to warn other renters in Los Angeles about a deceptive 'bait and switch' I experienced. After negotiating a monthly rent of $3,650, the leasing agent, Suzanne Jones, asked me to sign a lease for $4,200 with several 'free months' included. She explicitly stated this was to help management with refinancing by making the building look more profitable on paper. The catch? At renewal time, they ignored the negotiated price and demanded the inflated $4,200 rate—a $550/month increase. This is a predatory practice... read more
