Unfortunately management does not listen to the concerns of their residents, even after repeated requests over many months.
Won't let you pay your rent online so you have to physically drop off a check every month. Nonsense. Edit: And when you do physically drop of your check, there is a good chance they will claim that you never did and try to charge you a late fee. Make sure to get receipts.
Toured the unit yesterday, applied last night. Received an email this morning, not even 12 hours after applying, saying that this unit was rented to a prior qualified applicant. I understand the need for backup options, but completely unprofessional to show the listing knowing that there was a qualified and accepted application. Thank you other Russell for the tour.
