For anyone considering Power Property, I moved in to the Greenhouse early May and couldn't be happier with my place, PARTICULARLY considering the ambition of the renovation when I first toured it. I saw it just 6 weeks prior to move in and it was, let's just say, far from even close. The property manager assured me her team would have it ready and I trusted her for some reason lol. I have rented apartments in Chicago, Manhattan, and Laguna Beach to name a few. I chose Power Properties for their aesthetics as my home is my 'home'. Moving into a resident that was still being built out has the issues of not everything finished however, I will say, Katie, the property manager and her crew made my move with no stress and my new home is the best place I have ever resided in. I have been living at one of the Power Properties for almost 4 months now and it has been a great experience from the get-go! I signed my lease 3 months before I moved in and everything that the staff said would be updated in the unit was completed before I received the keys. They put in new carpet in the hallway, changed some lights in the kitchen (They gave me this nice option) and the apartment was made ready and clean like it should be upon move in time. I found out about Power Properties from an add from Craiglist, Molly (972-375-6882) had a post about a nice 2 bedroom on Gaston Ave at the Greenhouse. From the pictures it looked really nice but I thought it was too good to be true (Very good price for location and convenience) . Wow, I don't think I've ever lived in any place that I like so much. I've lived in a two bedroom at the Verandahs for almost a year now, and it's definitely the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. The hardwoods are fantastic and beautiful as well are the countertops and appliances. I love how the rooms are different colors instead of when I was living at another place around NW Hwy and 75 or when I lived in a town home in Uptown. First off, no one does a courtyard like Braden Power. He truly puts a lot of love and creativity into those courtyards. Water falls, palm trees, cool mosaic tiling, fire pits and cool light fixtures...amazingly chic furniture was recently added to update the look. Verandahs property has been my home for the past 6 months, and I could not be happier. I never thought living in an apartment would feel like living in the home I left. The gorgeous resort style pools, and relaxing Zen garden create an atmosphere I look forward to coming home to each and every day. Any review of Power Properties that is not one star is fake. Power Properties is the worst landlord in Dallas, and everyone knows it. Anyone who does any sort of research will know to avoid Power Properties no matter how nice the place looks.
