Horrible god awful apts.. homeless people , drug addicts . The staff is the worst .. they do not address issues , when u tell them they bully harass and intimidate the renters.. they are slum lords ! Filthy dirty , trash everywhere, no upkeep ! Run from this place !
Please run! Jason will sell you anything just to get commission. There are hidden fees not mentioned, the plumbing is a disasterous, gate is continuously broken and customer service is not the best. Please run from this place!
I really loved my apartment when I signed my lease in November 2015. By October of 2016, I couldn’t wait to get out of the apartment. The price was great for the location but after looking at the long list of issues I had, the apartment was not at all worth the money I was throwing into it. If you take the time to look through my list of issues, a lot of them can be attributed to the age of the complex (Drake on Annex). dower droperties Dallas Texas This company seriously sucks, maybe a few good guys in the mix but 90 percent are lowlife con-artist scumbags. They make the apartments look good on the surface but major problems are hidden just beneath the cosmetic facade. Whats that? you say you have a leaky sink? I moved into Veranada Flats in September of 2015 and have loved living here ever since. I love Power Properties' units because they have character and are unique - unlike other apartments that are "cookie-cutter." Upon move in, my residence was in perfect condition: new carpet, closet doors, clean appliances, and the hard wood floor was in great condition. I lived here for one year moved into a disgustingly filthy apartment due to the 4th of July holiday and the manager not scheduling the maintenance properly. I had a huge flood in my apartment and my insurance agent attempted to reach the apartment manager (Daniel) multiple times but was unable to since he would never return her calls. I know there is a lot of five star ratings on here but they must be smoking something. Their methods are absolutely ridiculous. All bills paid! awesome right? wrong! It's above 100 degrees outside and they turn the air conditioning off during the day and evening to save money. I am only able to run it in the morning. I LOVE LOVE LOVE living here. The only reason I will be moving is to move in with my boyfriend. I've never had any issues with the apartment living here. Two things that annoyed me was my upstairs neighbors whou fought like cats and dogs and the water temperature in the shower would change at times. I have lived with Power Properties for 6 years now! The manager that worked here a few years back is back again and everything is getting better. They recently redid the roof and some sprucing up around the property. It actually looks better than when I first moved in. As far as my unit, I love my unit and the pool areas.
