From start to finish, everything and everyone was perfect! So many explanations, but everything was clear. The assessment, measurement, delivery of materials, delivery of the dumpster, and installation. Everything, the whole process was phenomenal!
Everything was perfect with my window install. This is my 3rd time using the company and I will use them in the future. I highly recommend using power if you are looking to have your windows replaced!
Install people were great and worked efficiently and timely together. Quality of product seems excellent, however we’re missing some pieces on slider door. I’m blaming factory for this. Also several window screens were stretched too tightly and bowed the frame which will allow bugs to enter. I’m blaming factory for this one also. All thinks considered, I’m fairly pleased, as I’m assured by install inspector (Moe) that these problems will be addressed. Check back with me at a later date and we will see.
Power did our roof and gutters and the consultant Jake made us aware of issues with the roof that needed to be addressed. Made us feel comfortable with the company and the process was clear and precise. The crew was professional and quick. Would recommend!
2 weeks post install (12 windows 1 sliding door) and very pleased with the product. Can already feel the difference in temperature and it’s so quiet! Install ion team were great- respectful and clean. Would have liked if they had done at least one more walk through as we found some glass inside and out that they should have seen, but considering the size of the job, it’s not unexpected. The sales experience was less than ideal (3 hour presentation and sales pitch was too much) Altho they were friendly and respectful.
