First Class Professionalism from the initial appointment through the gutter and roof installation. I was pleased with the detailed communication of what i was going to get for my money and the work that was done did not disappoint.
We were shocked that we just heard of Power Home Remodeling Group. In the past we have used contractors that we were not too thrilled with. Today Power installed a door with us and the entire process has been a pleasure.
Overall I was impressed with everything they did. From the initial visit through the quality review, everyone was professional and courteous. They made sure to cover everything. The new windows are already impressing us with how much quieter it is in the house. The only area where there was some disappointment was some incorrect expectations/assumption. Our initial consultation was extremely informative, honest, and thorough, and gave us plenty of confidence moving forward with the window and insulation project on our home. From there, all interactions with the company, installation crew, and follow-up crew were professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the work done to our home!
