Everything went well, even resolving the little issues on site, and through company headquarters.
The crew that installed my windows were professional, efficient and detail-oriented with their work and clean up. I couldn't be happier with going to Power Home for that.
We hired Power to take care of our priority windows in our MA home. We decided to do all of our upstairs at one time. The salesman was really great and the crew did an amazing job. The company was really strong and showed us all the work they had done near by so we felt comfortable when selecting them for the job, we were not disappointed. As far as contractor experienced go, this has been extremely smooth and easy.
We are very happy with our new windows!! Chelsea did an outstanding job explaining everything and preparing us for the install. Raphael was the project manager and made sure everything went really smooth. Highly recommend!
The sales person walked me through the product line and options. Was very open about the costs and what needed to be replaced versus what could wait. I initially was not interested in siding but had taken other estimates so was not shocked at the total price. The measurement team was ver informative and really walked through all the spaces. Great experience working with Power. We got our trim and gutters done with them. Everything looks great and the installers did a great job with thin install and cleanup. Would use them again.
I am always hesitant in working with door to door salesman, but is was pressure free and not only do you not pay anything until all the work is done, but it was completed 2 weeks earlier than I was told. The windows are beautiful and all of the installers did such a great job and respected my home as if it was their own. I honestly could not tell that they had been there and there was no damages to my window sills. They even cleaned up and wiped down everything before they left.
