The repairman came on time and did an excellent job repairing our screens. They looked great. He did the work outside at his truck and did it quickly.
The sales team was very professional. The project was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The roof and gutter work look great. The only glitch was a communication problem about when the workers would arrive to start.
The whole transaction was handled professionally with a hgh degree of technical and friendly interaction with quality people from commitment thru installation. Very pleased.
Power Home Remodeling put a brand new roof on my home. The roof was so bad all plywood required replacement. They did an outstanding job with total cleanup in one day. Staff was very efficient and it was a very hot day. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.
We have been very pleased with our experience working with the various staff from Power Home Remodeling. The sales staff was personable, polite and thorough. The crew who did the installation was prompt, professional and cleaned up as they progressed with the job. We were impressed that the company a quality assurance manager to check on the progress and meet with us. All in all we are very satisfied.
Very professional and transparent. Communication with the home owner was top notch. Excellent product. Very smooth installation. As with any contracted work, the purchaser should report any discrepancy immediately to the job overseer so the immediate resolution can be done. The cleanup was done as the work progressed. I did find 7 screws on the driveway after the crew left... These new windows and patio doors have made a big difference. I highly recommend them.
The experience with our window replacement went well. The experience with our roof replacement did not go as well, but they did come out and listen to the issues we had and try to fix some outstanding complaints, which helped.
I love my new windows and sliders. However 3 window screens were damaged upon instal on May 11,2021. After a few promisary dates that came and went, I still don't have my screens. Every time I check back I'm told to check back again in a few weeks to no avail. I am very disappointed that it is taking this long.
Very professional and polite. They explained the entire process and deliver on all my expectations !!!
