Everyone was professional, informative, courteous, and knowledgeable. The windows are beautiful and the installation was completed quickly. I was shown exactly what I would get by my salesman John and once completed, Julio and the crew checked to make sure I was happy with everything and I knew how to operate everything. Overall great experience from start to finish. Very professional crew. Our sales rep recommended the color for the windows as well ideas on what to do with our round top windows. Her ideas were spot on. We are very pleased with our windows.
The team was fantastic to work with. We called them for some work on the outside of our home and ended up purchasing a three-window casement instead. The team walked us through how to handle the slight refinishing ourselves that we originally contacted them for. After our window installation we were so pleased with the work that we booked them for the additional window and attic work we required. Highly professional and recommended.
