The entire process was very good. Everyone we met was very accommodating and professional. Only issue was the "sticker shock" but I am probably living in the past. :-)
Power was good and they were very persistent. This window company was also professional.
The overall experience has been great from the door to window install. The door installer was very accommodating, There was a delay on the windows being installed but overall great experience and exactly what we needed!
We had our windows installed in 3 different sectiosn. 1st section - installers were late, 1 out of the 3 ere on the phone the entire time about legal problems, they brought a toddler with them and they didn't show up the 2nd day. The 2nd section, they had to come redo a window they installed because it didn't match the identical one next to it. 3rd section - we requested a window cleaning company come out and clean all windows because none of them were cleaned when they were installed. Experience was great from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. Greatly appreciated their attention to detail and the cleaning afterwords was extraordinary. Would highly recommend.
This company is so shady! Their cancellation policy is 100% smoke and mirrors, BEWARE. I had a Power representative pushing and pushing for us to go with them (no joke, seriously left our house at 1:30AM, after we caved and signed). All the manipulative tactics, one time deal, etc. The person herself was nice enough, and I did enjoy speaking with her. The overall company and its predatory model, however, is despicable. The company’s best asset is its people. Everyone we’ve dealt with from sales to service to managers have been very helpful and professional. We are also very confident with your product and the customer service that supports it.
Power gave us an estimate on our roof. The salesman was polite, and he explained their entire roofing system and how it would solve our issues. We decided to use power and they completed th install in one day. They also cleaned up very well.
