Generally speaking the job has started great, Not as prompt with time as i had imagined they should be, but once they started the job went great, the decking was spotty in places, but the men checked the whole roof and replaced all the plywood that needed to be done.
My experience with Powerhrg has been excellent. I got my windows installed and it came out perfect! I recommend anyone that needs windows replaced.
Great experience from start to finish. The product is of the highest quality. Customer service, installation and quality assurance has been second to none.
Our neighbor referred us to use power for our windows and the experience was excellent. The salesman was not pushy and they gave some great discounts, so we went with it. The install had to be rescheduled but they installed the job on a weekend to help meet our schedule. Very happy.

Tara the sale rep did an excellent job presenting the product. Gave several option on how to pay for it. The installer did a great job. Everything was clean prior to them leaving.
The communication has been good, everything from the sales person to present has been good. I wasn’t made aware of the blinds not fitting perfectly back which wasn’t a pleasant surprise and the sales rep also missed one big window.
Everything worked out fine! The staff is excellent and our installer was the best worker I've ever seen ( especially in the intense heat of that day). He was meticulous in everything he did and left our home spotless! We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend POWER! Jerry & Allison M*****
