We are very pleased with their work. Most of the crew didn’t speak English so there was a slight barrier in communication but after we got past a hiccup, it all worked out. They also completely cleaned up the mess from the removal and install. I would recommend them.
Overall experience from meeting power to install was great. Windows went in smooth, and the crew was friendly and clean inside and out . Would recommend to friends and family.
Overall, the experience was great with Power. We’re new homeowners who know they house needs work that needed to start somewhere. DJ came and showed us the things we wanted and once we settled on the trim and gutters, it was done well, and in a timely fashion which was appreciated. A slight hiccup with the scope of work but it was handled quickly. We would definitely recommend the company.
There was a little of a delay with getting our windows, but the communication was great. Power kept us in the loop the whole time. The saleswoman was great! She was very thorough and took her time with everything. The installers were great and very clean.
The salesman was prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable about the products. The workers were polite and efficient while working. The products were installed efficiently and done neat.
Having 11 new windows put in my home from Power today. The process started a few months back with a nice gentleman knocking on the door to give me a free estimate. The company sent Lucas out to meet with me and he was wonderful. He showed me all about the windows and I decided to take a gamble with power. We were very happy with the installation of our doors. The crew was on the job early and completed the work in short order. POWER is a great company to do business with...very professional and efficient.
My husband and I are very pleased with the work that Power employees have done for us. Our new WINDOWS are amazing and the work they did to get them in and get everything cleaned up in 1 day was great! The workers were professional, respectful of our home and kids, and most of all the showed us every step along the way as they were putting the windows in! I didn't have to clean up any mess either. What a great company! Highly recommended!!!!
I met Power at the Big-E and scheduled an appointment. The remodeling consultant gave an informative presentation which made us decide to use Power. My complaint was the miscommunication with regard to the install date. Once that was straightened out it was a quick install and my door looks great.
