From start to finish everyone was very professional. The roof looks great! Everyone took the time to make sure I understood the process of the roof installation, from materials to installation to financing to clean-up.
From the beginning when I made initial contact with Power, the response was immediate. Like minutes after I called, they replied and we made an appointment. Paul came in early we talked about all the features he presented, everything was upfront, and we appreciated the suggestions. Sean came and made evaluation again give us a few pointers. The installers they were clean, professional, and polite. We are super happy with the work
We just had 17 windows installed by Power. Having never heard of the company before we were a bit nervous about the project. Xavier our salesman was awesome. He covered everything with us and gave a really nice presentation. Then Stevie came and double checked all the measurements. He scheduled our install for just 1 month later. Everyone that has come here has been great. They did a job, they were very thorough, there was a ton of information. It was a great presentations and very clear. They have the latest technology (which I appreciate).
They were very professional and efficient in the installation of the 15 windows I had replaced. The new windows look great, just waiting to reap the benefits. They cleaned up fairly well but having hardwood floors they didn't remove all the dust left from the install. We Had to reschedule the install a couple of times due to the manufacture having trouble with the supply chain. Other than that the install went very smooth.
It was a very good experience. Everyone was professional and they communicated from start to finish. They followed up with everything. There was a little bit of debris left behind but it was understood dude to the size of the window job. I would use them again down the line.
Ben House is a Rockstar sales dude. Went over everything showed me how to use the windows and compared to the ones already installed these windows were better and installed fast. Will be using again and recommend.
Very pleased with their work. They completely cleaned up the mess from the removal and installation. And repaired any damage on the screens caused by the removal of the siding. Would recommend them.
I am very pleased with this company. They handled every process/ transactions in a professional manner, they are detailed oriented, the sales and installation crew did a great job with the process from beginning to end.
