Brett was a great guy. Very professional and helped us with windows.
Having my windows replaced by Power, things started off great, with Dave my sales guy. Rob the pre install inspector showed up early which was fine but I would have appreciated the heads up. The installers worked super hard, and draped off all my things to protect and keep clean. There were some minor hiccups but all and all I’m pleased with my new windows.
Seamless experience with our window install. We were incredibly impressed with the salesman, Ryan, and how knowledgeable he was. They took a little longer coming in but even that was communicated to us well. The install was great with Martin and Igor, and the windows look phenomenal.
Excellent service! We had six windows replaced and from Brian, our first contact to Lohani, our sales associate to the installation team, we had a great experience. Now we have new, energy efficient windows and another company we can recommend to friends and family.
From the first introduction to Power, I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and professionalism of the company. The product speaks for itself and was exactly what we needed for our home.
The biggest thing that impressed me about power is the warranty. The customer service was great. Power was attentive to all of our concerns. The salesman was very thorough. You pay for what you get and you definitely get quality with power.
We were happy at first, but now we're really disappointed. The installation went well except for one large picture window. There was minor damage to the trim and the caulking job was poorly done. The inspector came a few days later and promised someone would call me and get it fixed speedily. Someone did call a few days later and left a message. I just had 4 new windows installed in my home. John the salesman was very thorough, and he answered all my questions. The inspector and crew set everything up and installed the windows in just one day. I was very pleased with my experience working with Power.
Two young women stopped at our door from Power and they were very pleasant and not pushy, so we decided to get an estimate on our windows. Tony, our sales rep, was very informative, professional, and trustworthy, so we decided to move forward with all of our windows. Each step of the process went exactly as planned and our Pella windows by Power look great. The installation was smooth and we would recommend them to anyone looking to get windows in Florida.
