A couple gentleman from Power knocked our door a few weeks back, they were very professional and personable. We knew we needed a roof, so had them come give us an estimate. Our sales rep, Nick, did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic, explained in detail what Power does to ensure the roof is done properly, and he was very transparent about everything, so we felt comfortable moving forward. I hired Power Home Remodleling to replace 4 windows . My remodeling consultant Katherine was very nice and professional and Brian my installer has been very nice and respectful of my home.
The entire process was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and easy to do business with. The roof was completed in a day and looks great. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
From the curb coming in, meeting the representative Trevor. He saw where we would need help. He introduced us to the company. He gave us information. From that point everything has been great. We now have windows.
Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and took lots of time to walk me through the process and materials. Everyone arrived when expected and execution was as planned. Vikings did an especially great job walking me through everything and didn't pressure me.
Ally came out from power she was knowledgeable and informative. She did a demonstration of the windows and how energy efficient they are compared to everyone else products. She made the process comfortable and easy.
Power did our windows and Alec the consultant was very professional and knowledgeable and showed the pella window to us. The crew was clean, friendly and organized and got it done in a day. Would recommend!
