The marketer Jacen and salesman Matty were fantastic! The work looks great. A few hiccups with language barrier and clean up, but nothing to really complain about. They’re being taken care of.

Excellent service! Everyone was knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We were shown each product and had the heat resistance demonstrated. The installation was professional and efficient there were no complications. The crews worked well as a team.
Install 8 windows by Power. Professional courteous staff and prompt appointments at our convenience. Fast and efficient install and cleanup both inside and outside with a Power Team crew of five. Quality Assurance visit very thorough with each window installed and warranty review. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
The thoroughness from power is something that we really appreciated. The inspector took his time, inspecting everything with us, and also explaining how the installation would go. He set the exact expectations for us, because we have not had many home improvements done in the last 20 years.
Would give 10 stars if possible. Very professional, informative, patient and understanding to work within our means and needs.
