We used power for both our roof and for the windows. Excellent experience. Professional company, good customer service and we are very happy. We really recommend this company.
Ally was our sales person she was pleasant and informative. She was well educated on the product overall a great experience.
PHRG has done all of our windows and now both of our external doors. Every person we've dealt with at each step of the process has been very courteous and respectful. The product is good quality and comes with a great lifetime warranty. With our last install they sent out their inspection manager. While he was here for that, he spotted an issue with the windows and is making sure that gets addressed for us.
I thought it was overall a great experience. Everything was done professionally. Salesmen answered all of our questions and we love our new windows.
Starting with Shawn the person who came to the door was professional and described the product well. He made an excellent first impression. He had the hardest job just trying to speak to a homeowner. Next was Ray who was also professional and outgoing but authentic. He explained the product well and because of him we increased the windows we were initially going to order.
