Power was extremely professional from our sales rep Mike Nasser, the pre inspector Rob D***, the roof soffit and gutter/down spouts crews and Matt Gussy on the post install inspection. They listened to every thing we wanted and answered all of our questions. The quality of workmanship and the cleanup of the job site was also extremely professional. Great job! All who we worked with were very courteous and professional. Although we are having to replace 6 of the windows due to fingerprints or scratches on the interior part of the window, the ease and readiness to replace was refreshing. We would recommend Power to others.

Dec 2021 - Came with Scratched Patio Door (Promised to Replace) Feb 2022 - Came with Bowed Patio Door - Wind blows through the side, door does not close/lock. Location is New York so it was very cold for us with an infant. Called customer representative - Answer was to wait. "you can cover the door with some towels in the mean time" was what the customer representative said. So much for the "best product" that your company advertises. We had, I think like 15 windows replaces with Power. Several of the windows seal has broken causing discoloration to the windows. Warranty person came out and took a look at all the windows that needed replacing and told us the windows would take 3 months to get in. No major issues but our windows look awful and get worse. At 3 month, still one order, at 6 months, still on order, 9 months still on order. Every 3 months I get the same story. Ally was a fantastic sales person. She explained everything in detail. Did a great demonstration and answered all of our questions. She let us have time to discuss all our options. I felt like she knew exactly what she was talking about and was very passionate. Excellent experience from start to finish. Windows are in today and they are perfect. Highly recommend.
