Everything was painless and the end product was amazing! I only wish my contacts and working crews would have been consistent.
The personnel I dealt with were professional and helpful. The project was delayed and the install date moved to a later date, but the customer service people kept me updated and repeatedly contacted the manufacturer to ascertain a delivery date. The installers arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The project supervisor, Matt, arrived soon after the install and we went over the job. He arranged to have any issues corrected.
They did a great job from start to finish. From sales to installation to final inspection. Everyone was great to work with!!
My experience with Power Home Remodeling has been wonderful. Everyone has been professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their services.
I made an appointment with this company a week ago and they called me today to confirm this appointment. Then at 3:45 they called me told me that they couldn’t actually come out because our home is “65 miles away from their office.” This is untrue. We are barely an hour drive away and our appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm. When I asked the reasoning they said they have an unexpected “number” of staff not available. Power just installed some windows in our home. They are Beautiful. They have been easy to work with from our salesman Daniel G******, to the gentleman who measured the windows, to the amazing crew who installed them.
I was very impressed with the whole process with Power. From Dalton coming to give me a great presentation and no haggle price quote, to installation coming sooner than quoted/expected, to the care and response given to some small cosmetic issues after install, I have been very pleased with the customer service of this company. We had a great experience from the start of our project when they knocked on our door, to the install, and the follow up appointment. We had a question about one of the windows after install and for the follow up it was looked at and a replacement was ordered while they were still here. Couldn’t ask for better service!
