Power HRG came to replace my windows after 3 last minute reschedules. When they arrived, they immediately were confused, since they had the wrong number of windows in the truck and didn't have interior trim. Instead of admitting their mistake, they tried to convince me that I didn't pay for the interior trim and I had to show them my contract for them to finally call their project manager and confirm that the trim would need to be put in place at a different time.
