The experience has been fantastic. I had roof installed and then I had my radiant barrier and attic insulation installed by Power. Everybody has been courteous as can be. They seem to have done everything they promised.
We saw Power at a Spring Home Show in Tampa and their Rep, Rich L., really impressed us. Then Nick came out and showed us everything that we needed to know. The product has many features that benefit us. Taras and the installers did a great job, communicated well, and did exactly what Nick originally said they would do. I would recommend Power to anyone looking to get their windows done in Florida or Michigan.
We had the pleasure to have Allie be our salesperson and she wasn't pushy and explained every detail about the windows, trim and gutters, She made everything very clear for us to make the decision to use powerHRG. The windows and installation came out perfect very pleased with the work and we recommend PowerHRG to all of our family and friends. Thank you!!
Great experience with Power. Everyone was very punctual. I must say that Power was very thorough from start to finish. I was very pleased with the final product.
The Roofers did an excellent job. Clean-up was another story. They managed to break the glass on a solar panel they had to remove and got small glass shards all over my driveway which was not cleaned up. Bad for my dogs feet. I also found quite a few nails laying around because they did not use this powerful magnet they were supposed to have for this problem. The facia team did a fair job. Cam was professional and polite, went over all the window specs. The crew was Polite and did a nice job.
From start to finish all of the representatives of Power were courteous, starting with my sales rep, Billy. Everything that was said to me was followed through with, which in the home improvement industry is the most important. Everything was communicated ahead of time and followed through as promised. The installation and finished product was professionally done and left very clean.
I’ve used power a couple of time to replace windows. I’m very happy, there haven’t been any issues. I like my windows.
From Mike the sales rep to Charlie the installer, the windows are excellent. I'm very happy. Charlie even showed me how to install the window Air Conditioner without drilling holes! I was impressed. He was pleasant, quick and very neat. I will be contacting PHR again at a future date to replace more windows. I also love the lifetime warranty.
