We have used Power a couple times now for our windows, and we couldn’t be happier. The professionalism, expertise, and customer service we have experienced is second to none, that’s why we called them back. We recommend anyone looking for windows to give them a call.
Windows look great. The crew was very professional, courteous and cleaned up after the job. The only complaint is with the 2 largest windows we had put in. You have to hold them down and push hard to get them to close all the way to lock them.. We had the same problems with an earlier install of 3 smaller windows and the QC guy who came to inspect them fixed the problem. The experience with Chris, and Power was exceptional. The thorough explanation of the work we needed was more conversational than sales pitch, which was much appreciated. The work looks great.
The windows are a great value and product. Great service so far, I never thought I would be excited about windows.
All the people I spoke with from Power seemed professional and like they knew what they were doing. Signed up to do 3 windows on my home and when it was all said and done, they look very good.
Sasha was polite, courteous, and very thorough. Installation crew did great work. Also very courteous and thorough. All in all, very good experience.
Power is very organized, knowledgeable, and flexible. They truly want their customers to be educated on the products that they use and the work that they are going to do. They are very organized and disciplined for the work that they do. The workers are very professional and prompt. They cleanup after themselves and ensure that the work meets the customers expectations. Excellent company to work with.
I think Power is a very good company as far as honesty. To sell the product, they weren’t pushy, they explained the product and showed the difference between their product and other products. Very professional but kind.
The salesman that came to to our house was very thorough and provided us with a lot of information. We felt a significant difference in the temperature of our home and do not hear the noise from outside anymore. The installation was great also
