Brian was excellent with his sales pitch and extremely friendly. The installers were friendly and efficient. Overall great experience with everyone involved.
Had a few original single pane windows left on my house when I agreed to get a an estimate from Power. John came out and was very professional. Loved that they have a partnership with Pella for their windows and offer a lifetime warranty. Installation was great. Would recommend Power to anyone.
I talked to a persuasive salesman about replacing my roof and signed a contract. Then I decided to get two other estimates and canceled it. A supervisor came out to try to talk me into staying with them but I decided to go with another company. I do need a new roof but I canceled because they suggested replacing soffits and fascia, which don't need to be replaced. They said that the GAF warranty for the roof only works if you replace them. Not what we paid for. We have had a horrible experience with this company. There have been no cost savings as promised for all of the upgrades we did to our house. We did new windows, doors, Siding, and gutters. The install team trashed our carpet that we had to pay to have steam cleaned. I contacted power for a warranty repair because my gutter fell off the front of my house months ago and they have yet to repair it, so now we have a huge eye soar that's a hazard to walk under. So far it has been good. I ordered 18 windows but one was missing at install due to manufacturing but they will be putting the rest of them in today. The crew chief double measured the windows before removing them and he did a great job.
Would not use these people and I will tell people about the awful experience we have had. Kitty C

I was first contacted by a young man named Colby who came to my door about my living room window in dire need of replacement. I agreed to meet with a representative from Power Home Remodeling, DJ Oleski, who called me and came by later the same day. I was so impressed with his presentation and the bottom line price I was given that I booked the installation. I was given a timeline for installation which was pretty accurate.
