Excellent service that I received from power. They took such good care of house. I was so impressed with the craftsmanship of the installation. I loved seeing a woman leading the crew!!
The project was finished in 2 days during the actual installation of new windows, removal of old windows. They are professional, punctual and removed all the debris from my house. We love our new windows. They missed to install one screen in one of the windows.
The best people and company for this job. They worked so hard and clean everything after they were done.
JB was great, was very professional and helpful. He was able to correct an issue with the original quote. The company lost a star here based on a very poor initial quote. Several items were missed which resulted in a large increase in price from my original quote 55K to 91K. We were able to work through some challenges and understand where the break down was. If JB was not so professional this rating would be a 2.
Power did an amazing job from start to finish. They walked us through the entire process, everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, at a reasonable price. So happy with the job done!

Do not buy windows from Power HRG. My window heat seals failed within 3 years of installation, resulting in moldy, hazy, discolored, nasty looking windows. I have been waiting over 16 months for warranty replacement sashes. I have been in touch with their warranty department many times and keep getting the same excuse of Covid and supply chain delays from the manufacturer. My sales person Jamal was amazing he helped me with every question and concern that I had. He even went with me to my daughters gymnastics pick up and drop off lol. Super awesome rep highly recommend!
