Power installed 11 windows in my house. The crew working was very courteous, they began work in the morning until 8 pm and completed about 97% of the work. The lead had noticed on the first day before the crew left that some of the trim work was not what it should have been and promised that when he returns to complete the job those items would be corrected. We’ve used Power for 2 different roof projects (2 homes) and it’s been great each time. Brian F was a very helpful consultant the whole way through. We really like the warranty and customer support.
Power HRG came to replace my windows after 3 last minute reschedules. When they arrived, they immediately were confused, since they had the wrong number of windows in the truck and didn't have interior trim. Instead of admitting their mistake, they tried to convince me that I didn't pay for the interior trim and I had to show them my contract for them to finally call their project manager and confirm that the trim would need to be put in place at a different time. Dean was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I don’t normally listen to salesmen that long but he was incredible. Cant thank him enough for the windows and doors.
Very impressed with this company. Power was wonderful-easy to work with. They were able to move our install date up by 3 months. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Brendan, my sales rep, was very professional, polite, and courteous. The crew did an amazing job with the installation, they were also very respectful in my home.
