Power just completed my new roof install today. I can’t say how impressed I have been with this company. Ty, the guy who knocked on my door told me all about how they could help because I knew I needed a new roof. Then Alex came by the same day to inspect everything. Thoroughly professional. Highly satisfactory. Very smooth operation from start with initial knock at the door, to Dylan’s presentation through install and inspection.
Sales person was good and nice. He gave a professional presentation and was here for 2 to 3 hours. The price was very reasonable compared to other houston companies.
We were so comfortable choosing power from the start! We do not answer our doors for solicitors, but the person that knocked on our was so pleasant. They set the tone for a very smooth and seamless installation.
Anthony did a great job explaining the windows for us, and the crew did a great job installing them. Very professional, we are set up for a second stage of windows. Would reccomend!
Power is a great company who go above and beyond in their customer service. Kyle my consultant spent a great deal of time with me to help me decide what was needed for my house. The work was done to my complete satisfaction, would have given 5 stars but cleanup was not quite what I expected. We were on the market for new windows. Prior to our appt with Power, we had an appt. with another window company. After Kurt did his walk-through and presentation, we were confident that we wanted to have this project completed with Power. They were very professional and able to answer all questions and concerns in a promptly manner. Highly recommend this company and look forward to completing more projects with them.
As three time customers, we couldn't be happier with how Power has treated us over the years. We got the roof and some windows back in 2015 and now the rest of the windows. Everyone has been exceptionally respectful and thorough. We had to call a service on the roof because of a squirrel issue, and they came out and fixed it right away. We knew then they were a company we’d continue to use.
