My experience with Power was excellent. All personnel we dealt with were very cordial, kind and professional. The workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend Power to anyone.
I hired Power to install six new windows in my home. I had hesitated for years to do this project because of bad experiences with the previous company I used. Everyone I met from Power were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. Al my salesman, was super. He met with me on a Sunday and took his time, entertained my grandsons and let me know all about the windows. The staff was patient extremely helpful. The product described to us was extremely great and clear. The sales rep jared was so helpful and patient and answered all questions. Gave us a very fair price, overall extremely happy and all the staff we received has been outstanding. I would recommend power to all friends family and neighbors.
I have used power home remodeling two separate times now to replace windows on my home and have had a great experience both times.
Don't hire this company! They cut corners in our gutters and leaders / siding project. They never installed the flashing that guides the rain water into the drain pipe and away from the house and today after it's been pouring all day, I went to do laundry in my basement to find a flood of water running down the wall onto the floor. We're now in the process of arguing this dilemma. They are refusing to take any responsibility saying it's my roof is too short and allowing the water to be coming into the basement. We’re very happy with the window install we had Power do. Everyone we dealt with were very straight forward and helpful. Adams especially, with his communication, was outstanding. The windows look great!
