We just had all the windows in our home replaced with this amazing company! The consultant Kris was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! We asked all the questions! The project production manager was also extremely kind and was super precise on final window measurements! The installation crew worked hard in this Texas heat! They were friendly, respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves, and even entertained my kiddos! Power just installed some windows in our home. They are Beautiful. They have been easy to work with from our salesman Daniel G******, to the gentleman who measured the windows, to the amazing crew who installed them.
I made an appointment with this company a week ago and they called me today to confirm this appointment. Then at 3:45 they called me told me that they couldn’t actually come out because our home is “65 miles away from their office.” This is untrue. We are barely an hour drive away and our appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm. When I asked the reasoning they said they have an unexpected “number” of staff not available. I was very impressed with the whole process with Power. From Dalton coming to give me a great presentation and no haggle price quote, to installation coming sooner than quoted/expected, to the care and response given to some small cosmetic issues after install, I have been very pleased with the customer service of this company.
