From our initial contact, sales, and installation we have been impressed by the professionalism of all the team members we have met. Kevin was the sales contact and he exceeded our expectations even when faced with technical difficulty. The windows are beautiful. We are looking forward to the door.
I have signed a contract with Power Home Remodeling Group, LLC in January 2022 to replace all windows and sliding doors in my townhome. The company has postponed installation due to "manufacturing delays" 4 (April, May, June and now July) times, they failed to notice me about not showing up on the promised day, i had to take days off of work and call them non stop the day of just to hear "we left you a voicemail yesterday that we have manufacturing delays". The installers did a wonderful job; we love our new window. We were told they would be here between 8am-10am, they were here promptly at 8am and finished installing and cleaned up by 11am. The installers were neat and cleaned up very well. The inspector named Dan stopped by around 5pm later that day and saw that the roof above the window was not installed but said someone would call to schedule. The salesman was great, I really enjoyed the whole presentation and the full explanation of everything. That is what made it easy to choose power to get my siding done. Choosing power was a great decision!
My experience with Power was mainly pleasant and I found all the individuals professional, courteous, and personable. For the most part, I felt confident understanding what I was being told. The one thing that I felt lacking was knowing all the options available with the windows I was purchasing. For example, I would’ve ordered a full window screen versus the standard half window screen. The installation went smoothly with one very minor issue which will be corrected.
Totally professional and friendly. Very informative and their knowledge is unremarkable. Felt assured on my decision on doing business with them. Ill recommend them to anyone hands down.
Had siding replaced in my home everything went smoothly worked with the installers to move a dryer vent and hose bib they were very patient with me while I drilled and installed the new dryer vent and hose bib would recommend them for future projects
Highly recommend these guys. High quality products, service and installation. No high pressure and they did what they said they were going to do.
Overall our experience with Power was positive. The crew showed up right on time and got the old windows removed without any problems. The new windows look great and we're anxious to see how much difference it makes this winter to cut down on the cold drafty wind. I probably would have given 5 stars except for the crew boss had to come back to put some spackle on several places on the walls. He did it but not with a happy heart. Otherwise everything went great!!
