In less than ten minute time this dentist had me an $1800 bill,not covered by my insurance..due to an incorrect numbered tooth being put in the computer.If they can make a mistake like that,I don’t trust them to be cutting on my mouth.

Been waiting over a year for a refund from a procedure in Dec 2015. I was over charged. Between what my Insurance paid and the payment I paid was well over the billed amount. In addition they were 9 months late in billing one of my other Insurance policies. My primary paid within days of procedure. The staff I have spoken with act bothered about my requests to resolve this issue. I have initiated each correspondencet.They never contact me to update the status. The Doctor was great. I would highly recommend this team. They really listen. I was really scared. Every person was comforting and fully explained what would happen during my surgery, follow up and first teeth cleaning. I even hugged the dental hygienist after the cleaning. It was the first cleaning in 20 years completed without full numbing shots.
