I came in as a walk in with a = bad toothache. Right from the jump, everyone was very kind and courteous. After an initial inspection and cleaning, they carefully explained all my options and the pricing moving forward. I opted to extract the tooth. I was set up in the back, numbed up, and tooth was removed. Quick, painless and easy. I am definitely very pleased with Powell Mills Dental.
Horrible customer service. Rude, unethical and unsympathetic to a patient in several pain with a massive infection and exposed nerve.
Horrible place. Not kid friendly my fiancées first appointment and and i had to take my children they are 1 and 2. I could tell they were getting irritated by NY babies. At one point my youngest was being very well and reading or book laying on the carpet. And her little feet were kicking the floor I could barely hear it and they slammed the window they are behind and came out and said she was being to loud. I do not recommend this place at all. I went yesterday and I had an amazing experience was my first time after 2 years getting my teeth cleaned and they took their time and it was very clean it was nice and efficient people
The staff is loving, caring, and friendly here. Dr. Griffith and Dr. Davis are passionate and very knowledgeable. Joy at the front desk will brighten your day with her awesome personality and smile. Gena, Sandy, and Jill in the back will take great care of you and assist you in any way possible. 5 star office!!
Amazing! I love all the doctors! Dr. Davis is the BEST!
