Ladies working I think we’re extremely rude today and acted like I was just nothing when I couldn’t figure out how to take my Apple band off. Then I googled it and found it. I wanted to have watch resized but the cost of doing it was a little more than I wanted to pay. Instead of the lady saying she could show me how it was done, dead silence. Very unhelpful!

To size a watch band, we have special tools we use and it wouldn’t be possible for us to show you without our tools, this is why we charge for repair services.
