They have a very poor way of communication they scheduled me at 4:30pm for a tour I waste my gas and time to get there for them to say they closed early??? Wow would have been nice to know 🤬very angry
We love living here! A great location in Powell. I recently rented the clubhouse room for a baby shower and it was seamless! It’s a great place to live.
We had a wonderful experience at Cortland Powell. We recently moved out after staying for 2+ years. It has been bittersweet leaving. Our unit was in a great location in Powell and the development. The maintenance department was incredible and was always prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. The leasing department was very helpful and Sakeena was AWESOME. This is a truly great community to live at. Before, during and after our stay, communication was always top. Sakeena specifically was extremely helpful. She took care of our stay from touring till after moving-out. She was always considerate and actually willing to help and is a role model for the rest of the staff.
Sakeena was super helpful—she showed up right on time and answered all my questions patiently. The apartments are great, with new appliances and tons of storage.
