It is always difficult to fill out their evaluations, because every time it is consistently excellent. Appointments are always timely. The staff congenial. For someone who has always been nervous going to the dentist, even though they are mostly no one to fear, going to the dentist now is just something to do, as most other needed routine activities.
This place is exemplary in the treatment and care they give. I have had six visits there over the last few months. They have handled my questions, concerns, adjustments in how I wanted to do things, billing, and treatment with professionalism. It is not only just one or two people here that makes this place great. It's obvious this is a team, a team that knows how to work great together and a team that knows how to respect each other. I went in after.many years of not seeing a dentist and was.rather scared. Everyone there is helpful, understanding and great! I've had three visits so far and nothing but excellent service. I needed three teeth pulled and couldn't believe how quick and smooth it went. Honestly this place is great.
Had a cavity filled with no pain and in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Powell is amazing! Thank you!
