I HATED dentists and dreaded going and I was very upfront with Rock from day 1 about my anxiety and with the combined efforts from him and his staff they have done nothing but give me the best experience I could ask for. I had a lot of work done seeing how I hadn't been to the dentist for 7 years because of my anxiety and they did an excellent job. The staff I saw was all very professional. Starting with the girls at the front desk Kristina and Lora, very kind and do an awesome job of scheduling appointments and explaining everything. Dr. Victor was a professional at a highest level! So kind did all my root canals. I never had an issue.
Went from crooked to straight in about 40 weeks with Invisalign. Honestly expected to take about 2 years as estimated at OHSU. Also nice that Invisalign is clear and doesnt get the same attention as traditional braces, great for someone age 19 😅
Do not go here. They’re extremely rude and cheap. If you don’t like something about your smile they’ll say “nah it’s fine” and let you go without fixing to the best result. $600 for a retainer to fix a cosmetic look, that THEY should have seen and fixed. They don’t take ownership for something they needed to do before letting a patient go. Go elsewhere please. Doctors yelled at my cousin for not flossing. They need their license revoked.
