This company is cheap and disgusting. I hit a pot hole in a parking lot of a property they manage and was told they would cover the repairs. They are now refusing to work with my insurance company and being completely unprofessional. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Take some responsibility, your job is to manage properties and you aren’t.
