Excellent food, attentive professional staff, it was a great experience.
I hate prime rib. Like I find it probably the most disgusting thing. We went here while on vacation my husband ordered the prime rib. Since I was on vacation I decided to try his prime rib. I was almost in tears I was bumming so hard I didn't order that. It was absolutely phenomenal. I can honestly say this is the place has me forever chasing prime rib. Great food, great service and a wonderful last meal in the black hills.

Awesome place to stay while visiting Rushmore and Badlands. It's right outside of Keystone town which is cute but filled with tourists and gift shops. This place has joint or individual cabins. The restaurant is great and very nice staff that run the place. You fill like your in a mountain cabin in the woods.
We walked in and asked for first available, which is either inside or out. After 25 minutes - which they did tell us it would be - I saw them seat the couple that arrived after us at a roomy, comfortable outside table. Less than five minutes later, our buzzer rang and my wife, two kids, and I were squished into a small inside table. I decided to let it go. However, the my son's chicken Alfredo was too oily, and my elk burger was bland and could have been cooked at any grill. Nothing special. Hope you have better luck.
We had such a great time. The food was so good, the portions are good sized and the price is very reasonable. Our waitress was funny and did a very good job of being attentive with out being pushy. We will definitely be back!
