I had a very good experience at this dealership. I wasn't pressured into anything. I really got a good deal on my Santa Fe Sport. Originally I wanted a blue one but the black one I got had every extra feature you can possibly have. So they offered it to me at a lower price then the blue one I wanted with less features and higher cost. Very nice people. Tamera was my sales consultant and she was awesome. Thank you Tamera. Bottom line up front: The customer service at this dealership is absolutely terrible. The "Best Warranty in America" won't do you any good if you can't your car fixed by their service department. Do not buy a car from this dealership. A very cordial and well staffed sales force tricked me into believing I would get good service after purchasing, but all promises were forgotten as soon as I drove off the lot. Poway Hyndai sold me a used car guaranteeing it had never been in an accident. I was just rear ended lightly and upon review the repair shop at Drew Hyndai found extensive previous damage that had been repaired poorly. Poway Hyndai is standing behind their guarantee even though the car had obviously been in an accident. Bad business out right lying to customer!!! Per the manager Tim this is a standard practice. Disappointing!
