I brought two watches here that I had taken the backs off to replace the batteries but was not able to get the backs on again. Tim was very kind and gave excellent care. When he was unable to get them back on suggesting that perhaps the spring was damaged, he sent them to a watch repair friend and when I came back to pick them up shortly after, both beautiful watches were in perfect order again. He has a beautiful shop with many fine pieces and told me he has been here 26 years. This fine jewelers shop is worth a visit.
My wife and I trusted Tim at Poway Fine Jewelers with our engagement and wedding bands after rave reviews about his work from Teresa Peterson and Eric Peterson. Of course, he absolutely delivered on every aspect of the rings, and his in-store service and craftsmanship was second to none. We will be going back to Poway Fine Jewelers for all of our future anniversaries, and would place all confidence in Tim Dooley with the production or restoration of any jewelry we needed.
