The service person, Steve Zieska, for Poudre Valley Air arrived on time and did a very good checkup on my Gas furnace. He made a few adjustments and checked to make sure it was clean.

Eli did a great job. He was prompt, explained what he was doing, resolved the problem, and suggested things we could do in the future to take care of our A/C units. I would definitely call on Eli again should the need arise.

Rock came out to give us an estimate, within a week we were having our new furnace installed. Travis and Larry arrived on time, were very professional, cleaned up everything when finished. I would definitely recomend them, explained how everything worked. I was extremely pleased from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. Rock came to give estimate. He was very personal, great knowledge on products and service and did not try to over sell us on anything. Was surprised on how soon they could do the install. The installers, David and Brett were here on time, wasted no time in getting to work. Very professional, clean, and quick. Phillip was a real professional. Very pleasant, knows his business, was able to check and diagnose our problem right away. He guided us to what needed to be done, and explained our options. He contacted and set us an appointment with someone, the very same day. I'm very impressed with the caliber of people you have on your team. I would recommend this company, especially Phillip, to anyone, with no problem.
Larry was our service pro for four days, installing two heating and cooling systems to replace 2 antiquated systems. He was careful to explain what he was doing and how it would impact us. He carefully answered all questions regarding the use of the system and was instrumental in getting the wifi connection operational. He was thoroughly experienced and we are very satisfied with the work and the function of the system.

Steve was very professional, tidy, and helpful. He represents your company well. Thank you for your service, which is timely, as well. Steve even solved a problem we were having with some lighting in the hall and downstairs bedroom when he located the breaker box that controlled that area, and we did not know it's location.

Actually I a very happy with the professional manner of all the personnel at PVA, Steve very is an acceptation service man and professional. I just had him out for a HVAC system check and he went through the system from top to bottom. He found existing issues with filters and clogged evaporator coils that effected performance and could cause major problems plus just a waste of energy. He was very organized and when my thermostat failed to kick on the AC unit he was very patient and traced down the problem and fixed it saving... read more
