Brody came out today for air duct cleaning. Very nice and professional. I will definitely use Poudre Valley again.

Hi just wanted to tell you that Phillip V did a great job cleaning and servicing our air conditioner, etc. He has very good work ethics and is very good at answering any questions. He is very personal and also kind to our dog. We would appreciate having Phillip come to service our AC and Heating unit everytime. Alice and Ed
Phillip was knowledgeable and courteous. The covers on his shoes was a good gesture on his part. He suggested ways to keep whole house the same temp. Explained advantages to prepay for next two service calls. Made sense to me so we did prepay. Altogether an awesome service call and we will ask for Phillip come next spring.
Mike gave the best customer service ever. He laid out the pros and cons of different options objectively, no pressure, was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, negotiated with the home warranty company effectively to get coverage, went out of his way to fix something that happened to break on his watch due to no fault of his own, gave me tips about things to keep an eye on given the age of the unit, etc, etc. I can't recommend him enough.

Phillip was on time, which was excellent. Explained what he was doing step by step. Very efficient and polite. Our big black Lab thought he was O.K. We recommend PVA to everyone we know. Job well done.

I have known Steve for many years and he came to our house and fixed our furnace. The man knows what he is doing. Has much knowledge in the HVAC trade.very professional and polite

It was the day of a huge blizzard and my furnace would not turn on. Mike was the technician who drove through the storm to help us get heat in our house. It turned out to be a simple problem, yet he was very thorough in testing and looking to make sure everything was in top working order. His concern was very appreciated.
