UPDATE TO THE REVIEW. The company is not to be trusted. Pouch or Yelland in Irvine? No corporate number to contact. Conflicting information. Even threatening texts from employees accessing anonymous information from other locations. Having a friend having to file a police report dealing with this. And you say it’s not a real thing?! This review is for their actions with customer confidentiality issues and for having this review removed on yelp. Long story short is employees use customer personal and confidential information for their own personal use. Charge records, home addresses and business address info have zero safety features to protect it from employees accessing it and using it to stalk and harass customers.
